Lady’s Choice is Lighting Up the Christmas with #ThankUTogether Project

We celebrate Christmas every year by decorating our Christmas trees, hanging bright ornaments, and lining our houses with colorful and shining lights. But it turns out, Christmas is not as bright and vivid in far-flung areas in the Philippines where there are communities still living without electricity. Lady’s Choice has devoted to light up the holidays of our fellow Filipinos who have grown accustomed to living in darkness.

Japanese-Style Macaroni Salad with Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise Recipe

When celebrating Christmas, every Filipino family prepares their own version of the classic macaroni salad, but one thing remains the same: they’re made extra creamy with the help of Lady’s Choice Real Mayonnaise.

Lady's Choice Mayonnaise

Lady’s Choice has sent us a Christmas basket last week, containing ingredients to make a basic macaroni salad. They asked us to share our family’s recipe, but I realized our nanay’s version is the traditional macaroni salad we all Filipinos love and serve during this season. Every year, our family usually comes up with a different theme for our Noche Buena, so I decided to put a little Japanese twist on the classic macaroni salad recipe I found on the Lady’s Choice website. Hope you enjoy it! 🙂
