Listerine for Foodies’ Oral Health

Having a mother who works as a nurse, the importance of brushing our teeth was instilled in us early on. Since we are certified foodies even when we were very young kids, we knew that we also had to continuously take care of our teeth if we’d want to go on enjoying and discovering food and flavors. And for that, teeth-brushing is not enough. You need a mouthwash that’ll clean even the nooks and crannies of your mouth. That’s why we trust LISTERINE.

Listerine mouthwash - for your oral health

Brushing alone only kills about 25% of your mouth. Alarming, right? The good news is, with Listerine, you get rid of 99.9% of germs and bacteria left after brushing. Why is this important? Because if you let all those nastiness stay in your mouth, it can result to tooth decay, bleeding gums, and bad breath. And when that happens, you can’t enjoy food as much as before. Plus, it can affect the way you look as you can’t flash your teeth anymore when you smile. :(

With all the various flavor combinations we encounter as we go on our foodie adventures, bad breath can be a real buster. Good thing Listerine is also available in smaller bottles so we can bring it anywhere and freshen up after meals, even when we’re dining out.

Carefully Consider the Restaurant Equipment Supply You Will Buy

Establishing a restaurant business involves a lot more than simply being a skilled chef. It takes careful and detailed planning, organization and money for it to be successful. That said, while determining the location and your target market are important considerations, you also need to think about your expenses. This doesn’t only include the purchase of the space, insurance and food but also restaurant equipment supply.

One of the most significant expenses you will have as a restaurant owner are those related to restaurant equipment supply items, especially at the beginning. Furthermore, in addition to the cost, selecting restaurant supplies can be a very complex and daunting process if you are not entirely sure what you need or want.

The reason is that there are numerous products to choose from in a diverse number of equipment and supply categories. For instance, in terms of restaurant equipment, examples of products you may require could include: refrigerators, freezers, stoves, ovens, heated cabinets, kettles, food mixers, dishwashers, deep fryers, steamers, etc. As for supplies, items that may be necessary could include: measuring cups, bar supplies, cookware, dinnerware, cutlery, condiment holders, baking supplies, trays, cleaning products, bathroom supplies, and so on.

When it all comes down to it, the type of restaurant equipment supply products you will need and/or want will depend on the type of business you are intending to open and the budget you have to work with.

Having a Dream Kitchen

Every woman who knows how to cook always has a dream kitchen. Some of them already have a sketch of how they want things laid out, even if they do not yet have a budget for the construction. Some don’t even have a house yet.

But, there is just a certain satisfaction of planning the area where you prepare meals from the heart for the people you love. You want to expedite the processing of ingredients so that you finish cooking fast. So, that means you would want a comfortable working area where you can slice, chop, mash, pound, dress, or blend, among others, your many ingredients. Then, of course, you need chairs that will support your back as you work hard. You will find a lot of choices at AdirondackChairs.com for Adirondack furniture for this purpose.

Then, of course, you would want a systematic organization of kitchen utensils, cookware, as well as spices and condiments. If you do not have an assistant, it is best to have everything near the burner so that you can reach for them easily.

Countertops should be those easy to clean and maintain surfaces so that you will not have a hard time scrubbing and cleaning up after cooking.

It is actually a great joy to get actively involved in the making of your own kitchen. After all, it is your dream and you will be the one to use it. So, you know what is best and practical for your home.

Keeping Your Kitchen Clean and Tidy

The kitchen is the one room in the house that is likely to get very messy. It’s a room that you go in and out of each day, making food, putting food away and washing the pots. It’s easy to sit back and let the clutter and mess build up, but there are a few things you can do to minimize the clutter and make your kitchen look as neat and tidy as it’ll ever be!

Keeping your kitchen clean and tidy

Always keep on top of everything. If you’ve used a plate to eat a sandwich, wash it and dry it straight away. Of course, you could just wash it and leave it on the draining board to dry out for a while, but make sure you do eventually dry the pots and pans that are waiting there. If you leave it too long, you’ll end up with a stack of plates and dishes on the draining board and nothing in your cupboards! When you come to eat another meal, you’ll have more work to do, as you’ll have to dry all the plates and other pots.

Don’t leave your bottles lying around the kitchen. Empty bottles should all be recycled or thrown in the bin – not left around your kitchen. Any bottles of wine should be in wine racks – that will keep them somewhere that’s easily accessible. Wine racks are a great way to stay organized, and they look good too. A couple of beautiful wooden wine racks will give your kitchen that extra touch to make it seem more homely and tidy.

Finally, give yourself a couple of hours each week to make sure that everything is all sorted out in your kitchen. Sweep the floor, clear away any clutter and don’t stop until you’re satisfied with the look of your kitchen!
